Fred’s place was absolutely beautiful. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this charming home. He was extremely attentive and the attention to detail was evident throughout this space. If you are looking to visit in Oneonta, this is the place to stay!

Fred was a great host and his property was perfect for our needs (4 adults, 3 kids). It was extremely clean and had all of the right amenities for a comfortable stay. Even our three kids ages 7 - 13 were impressed. I would highly recommend Fred and his property if you are looking to stay in the Oneonta area.

Amazing house, gracious hosts
Perfect downtown location in gorgeous neighborhood. The house was lovingly restored with complete up-to-date kitchen and bathrooms. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, and the bathrooms were nicer than mine at home! Fred made us feel welcomed and met every expectation. We all agreed to come back and stay here again! Thanks for making our reunion weekend one to remember.
